OmniPresent Gifts want you to purchase from us with full confidence. If you have any questions or queries, contact us direct using the form on the email us page.
If you need to return an item bought on this site for any reason, we will happily refund the purchase or exchange the item for something else.
If you have purchased the wrong size, colour, design, or changed your mind return the item to us if reasonable care of the goods has been taken (by the buyer), we will exchange / refund the item. Notice of the exchange must be received within seven days after the day after receipt of the item. Buyer pays return postage costs for remorse or wrongly ordered returns. If you wish to exchange please contact us first via email or telephone incase there is more to pay -

The consumer must have taken ‘reasonable care’ of the product before return. Any original packing and labels are to be included with the return where ever possible.
Notice of the exchange must be received within seven days after the day after receipt of the item.
Faulty or damaged goods must be notified within seven days after the day after receipt of the order. A full refund or exchange will be given. The faulty or damaged item will need to be returned to us, the final assessment will be made by OmniPresent Gifts. If the item is indeed faulty or damaged (not including unreasonable wear & tear due to misuse of the item) we will refund all costs incurred (postage refunded at the market price up to £3.99 maximum). We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on handmade & made to order items .
We recommend that all returns are sent with at least Proof of Postage which is available for free from the Post Office. OmniPresent Gifts will not refund or exchange an item until it is received by us. The returned item is the responsibility of the sender until it is safely delivered to us.
IAW trading standards, refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the returned item unless the return is disputed.
All items bought on other shopping channels (i.e. ebay / Amazon etc) must be returned via their own returns policy.
None of these policies effect your online purchasing rights IAW trading standards.
